This skill works from any country worldwide, but your Echo device language must be set to one of the supported locales: English (US/UK/CA), German (DE), French (CA/FR), Italian (IT), or Spanish (ES/US).
Before purchasing, enable skill access to your email:
1. Say: "Alexa, ask Sound Stream to activate my profile" or "Alexa, ask Sound Stream to link my profile"
2. Go to the Alexa app → Sound Stream Skill → Settings and grant access to your email
3. Make sure you use exactly the same email address when purchasing the subscription
Refund Policy (Early Access / Digital Subscription)
All purchases for early-access subscriptions to Sound Stream are final and non-refundable. Because access to digital features is granted immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, pro-rated credits, or exchanges. You may cancel future renewals at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
